Use of Cookies

In order to make visiting our website more attractive and facilitate the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies on various pages. These are small text files that are saved on our end device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted at the end of your browser session, i.e. when you close your browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your end device and make it possible for us to recognise your browser again on your next visit (persistent cookies). You can set your browser up in such a way that you are informed when cookies are put in place and you can decide individually whether to accept them or to refuse to accept cookies in certain circumstances or generally. If you do not accept cookies, the functionality of our website may be restricted.

Use of Google Analytics for web analysis

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. (www.google.de). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are saved on your computer and that facilitate analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and saved there. If IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address is first shortened by Google within member states of the European Union and in other states contracted to the agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional circumstances will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. IP anonymisation is active on this website. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports about website activities and to provide other services associated with the use of the website and the internet to the website operator. The IP address transferred from your browser in connection with Google Analytics is not put together with any other Google data. You can prevent cookies from being saved by means of a corresponding setting in your browser software; we wish to point out, however, that in this case you may not be able to use all of the functions of this website to their full extent.

You can also prevent recording of the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of that data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de
As an alternative to the browser plug-in, you can click on this link to prevent Google Analytics from capturing data from this website in future. If you do so, an opt-out cookie is saved on your end device. If you delete your cookies, you must click on the link again.

Use of Facebook plug-ins

So-called social  plug-ins ("plug-ins") of the social network Facebook, which are operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"), are used on our website. The plug-ins are marked with a Facebook logo or the words "Facebook social plug-in". You will find an overview of the Facebook plug-ins and their appearance here: http://developers.facebook.com/plugins

When you access a page of our website that includes a plug-in of this sort, your browser creates a direct link to the Facebook servers. The content of the plug-in is transferred directly from Facebook to your browser and integrated into the site. This integration provides Facebook with the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our site, even if you do not have a Facebook profile or are not currently logged in to Facebook. This information (including your IP address) is sent directly to a Facebook server in the USA, where it is saved.

If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can add your visit to our website directly to your Facebook profile. If you interact with the plug-ins, by pressing the "Like" button for example or by making a comment, this information is also sent directly to a Facebook server where it is saved. The information is also published on your Facebook profile and shown to your Facebook friends.

The purpose and extent of the data collection, its further processing and use by Facebook, your rights in this connection and the settings options you can use to protect your privacy are explained in the data protection policy provided by Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/policy.php

If you do not want Facebook to add the data collected about your visit to our website directly to your Facebook profile, you must log out of Facebook before you visit our website. You can also prevent loading of Facebook plug-ins completely with add-ons for your browser, e.g. with "Facebook Blocker" (http://webgraph.com/resources/facebookblocker/) or the script blocker "NoScript" (http://noscript.net/).

Review reminder by e-mail

If you have given your explicit consent to do so during or after placing your order by activating a corresponding check box or clicking on a button provided for the purpose, we will use your e-mail address to remind you to submit a review of your order via the review system used by us. This consent can be withdrawn at any time by sending a message to the contact given below.

Right to information and contact option

You have the right to free information about the data saved by us about you and, if necessary, a right to correct, block or delete this data.. In the case of questions about collection, processing or use of your personal details, of information, correction, blocking or deletion of data and withdrawal of consent or objection to a specific use of data, please get in touch with us directly using the contact details in our legal notice.
